POLICIES

PRICING: Please check the website for pricing. If you have specific questions please call us at (301) 360-0707.

RETURNED CHECK FEE: SmartPath reserves the right to charge an additional $35 fee for any returned check.

CANCELATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service visit, please provide at least 48 hours notice for all canceled appointments.

* We do reserve the right to charge a $50 fee, for same-day cancellations.

NO SHOW: If a SmartPath service person comes out for a service appointment, and the client isn't home or the door is locked and we are unable to work, there is a $50 fee. The lead on the job will try contacting the client, and the crew will wait 15 minutes past the expected arrival time, before going on to the next job.

REFUNDS: We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are dissatisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to discuss available options.

PRIVACY POLICY: We do not share the information gathered through this web site or any personal information with any other 3rd party.
