an additional $35 fee for any returned check.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a
service visit, please provide at least 48 hours
notice for all canceled appointments.
* We do reserve the right to charge a $50 fee,
for same-day cancellations.
If a SmartPath service person comes out for a
service appointment, and the client isn't home
or the door is locked and we are unable to work,
there is a $50 fee. The lead on the job will try
contacting the client, and the crew will wait
15 minutes past the expected arrival time, before
going on to the next job.
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are dissatisfied
with the service you received, please contact
us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment
to discuss available options.
We do not share the information gathered through
